Community Home Care Nurse

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a home care nurse to work exclusively in a private residence based in Central London. Our client is looking for a caring and compassionate nurse with strong attention to detail to carry out daily routine care for a private patient. RESPONSIBILITIES:

The overall responsibility within this role is to medically monitor the patient on a daily basis.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working independently, you will be responsible for ensuring the right standard of care is provided to all patient at all times. Your responsibility will cover all aspects of care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, adhering to care plan as advised by consultant and supporting with ongoing physiotherapy requirements. You will have an innate ability to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordingly. Part of your role may involve coordinating with other healthcare professionals when required as well as providing healthcare education to the patient and their family members.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be eligible for the role, you will need to:

• Have at least 2 years post-graduation experience
• Have experience of working in an acute setting, community or previous home care experience would be an advantage.
• Be a caring and compassionate nurse with strong attention to detail
• Have excellent communication skills and be a good team player.

Salary:£43,000-£62,000
