Care Service – Clinical Lead - Permanent
THE BACKGROUND:
At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered with a customer whose service offers residential and nursing care for adults with disabilities who have a range of complex needs and learning difficulties. A position has arisen for Clinical Lead
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The clinical aspects of your role will include but not be limited to: assisting the Service Manager with the running of the home, mentoring and managing the Nursing & Support Staff along with medication administration, wound care, catheter care, gastrostomy and tracheotomy care, bowel care and other procedures that would ensure the health and well-being of the service users.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for the role, you will need to:
Valid NCM Pin
Clinical Experience in a similar environment
Experience of managing & mentoring staff
Excellent communication skills
