TTM Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Band 5 Staff Nurse for an acute medical unit based in an NHS hospital in Stockport.

Stockport Foundation Trust is one of four ‘specialist’ hospital sites in Greater Manchester. Being a ‘specialist’ hospital will enhance our general surgery, anaesthetics, critical care and emergency medicine for the benefit of people in Stockport, High Peak, Cheshire and across Greater Manchester.
Our customer is looking for nurses to take on a full time role working 37.5 hours per week on mixture of shifts, including day shifts and some night shifts but they also offer part time hours if required.
Within the acute medical unit your key duties will include:
• Assessing patients changing conditions and delegating care taking into account staff skills and competence
• Developing, implementing and evaluating programmes of care
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with all members of the multi-disciplinary team, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing to those who contribute to the service
• Reassuring patients and ensuring they feel confident in the care they are receiving
The salary is £24,907 to £30,615 per annum which is negotiable depending on experience and skills. You will also receive the following benefits:
