THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The overall responsibility within this role will be to ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence and fulfilment.
·Responsible for maintaining care standards
·Work closely with doctors to keep patients and their family members updated on test results or treatment recommendations
·Understand personal responsibilities in relation to the Health and Safety at Work Act and fire safety and evacuation procedure
·Liaise with health and social care professionals involved in the wellbeing of individuals to maintain a holistic approach to their care
To be eligible for the role, you will need to:
·Valid NMC registration
·Minimum 6 months of experience in NHS hospitals
·Up to date Mandatory trainings(provided if needed)
·Up to date & clear DBS
·Relative Qualification & training to work as a nurse
