At TTM we know that our partners’ needs are evolving all the time, and they need smarter ways of working to deliver better service-user outcomes. This thinking was behind the introduction of our HPO division, with a suite of solutions to support our partners’ internal processes. We knew we needed the best people in place - and Steve de Korte is exactly that.
Steve is HPO’s Patient Validation Senior Project Lead which sees him managing the overall performance of the HP team. It’s his role to establish goals and objectives, provide guidance, support and coaching and monitor overall performance and results.
Steve grew up in Limerick and has 15 years of customer service experience under his belt. He worked as Team Leader and Manager at both Apple and Sky, gaining valuable experience in leading and managing a team.
Steve sees his role as creating a positive and motivating work environment that fosters collaboration, teamwork and creativity. He wants his team to feel committed to achieving their goals, and to know they are supported in this. Steve also communicates with internal and external stakeholders - from senior management to customers and vendors - and makes sure they’re constantly informed of his team’s progress. With the aim of helping our partners become more agile and time-efficient, Steve develops and implements strategies that support TTMs overall goals and drive growth in customer service.

Steve lives in Tipperary and is proud dad to two children. He enjoys time with his family, following Manchester United Football Club, while he is also involved in charity work for the National Maternity Foundation.
