Talent Acquisitions Specialist Nessa recruits Doctors across Ireland and Northern Ireland and loves the excitement of her work and the difference it makes to people every day. She is especially invested in recruiting Doctors “because I know they are going to help countless sick people.”
Nessa honed her people skills as both a Conference Manager and Restaurant Manager, before finding her future in recruitment at TTM. She puts her success down to really giving her all to her candidates and clients - taking the time to get to know them, checking in with them and keeping them in the loop throughout the placement process. As a people person through and through, she’s naturally interested in what her clients and candidates are looking for – and her committed approach makes the entire process easier for everyone involved.
