Part of the AHP Division, Marta is a Talent Acquisition Specialist placingall AHP specialists including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Medical Lab Aides, Lab Technicians, Optometrists, Podiatrists, Dieticians, Psychologists, Counselling Therapists, Social Workers and Social Care Workers. She places candidates in both Temp and Locum roles.
Marta grew up in Poland where she earned a Master’s Degree in Politics at the University of Pomerania. She came to Ireland in her early twenties and studied a QQI Level 6 in Supervisory Management and a QQI Level 6 in Business Administration. She is qualified as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
Marta’s background is in hospitality and HR management, but in 2018 she felt her career needed a new direction with fresh purpose.
“I was seeking a new challenge and change. I wanted to continue professional development, progress my career and achieve better work-life balance, discover new talent and utilize it. I used the period of the pandemic to improve my qualifications. As the world became short-staffed overnight, I spotted the opportunity in recruitment. I took the gamble and started from scratch in November 2021, joining TTM in early 2022.”
Marta loves the sense of purpose that recruitment brings her and the impact she can make on the lives of others. She injects her work with energy and passion. Customer-focused and determined to provide the best quality service, Marta believes being thorough and unambiguous is key to her work, especially when exploring new areas.
“I'm passionate about people and what they do, how they do it and why. So often in business, people are not treated as people. I want my candidates to feel valued, important and not just a number. I want them to know I see them as a great asset and appreciate their efforts and achievements – and that I am here to assist them.”
As a mum and wife, life is busy, but Marta always makes time to do the things she loves, especially family camping trips. She is also involved in her local community’s football and rugby clubs.
