My TTM is
People-loving. Appreciation. Ambition. Excellence.
Born and bred in Ennis, Clare, Ayeisha is an Associate Consultant within the Allied Health Professional Locum Division and part of a team of four. She may say that she got to her recruitment career ‘the longer way round’ – but her growth in a brief time has been fast and impressive, moving from Talent Acquisition Specialist to her current role.
Before she joined TTM, Ayeisha worked as a Beauty Therapist in Canada and in Ireland, but felt she needed a change in direction and wanted to explore recruitment. She took the leap and applied to TTM…
“I wanted to do something completely different to what I had previously done, and I must say it was the best decision I made. I didn’t have experience in recruitment, but I am a people person and TTM could see I had the right positive attitude – so they gave me the chance and I’m making it. I’m proud of myself for throwing myself headfirst into a new industry I knew little about. I excelled in my position and was promoted within my first few months with TTM.”
Ayeisha gets great satisfaction from helping others and loves the different personalities she meets in her work. Her many years working in the beauty industry helped her develop valuable people skills and she gained invaluable experience in building long-lasting relationships with people from all walks of life. These skills have paid off, as has her willingness to go the extra mile for her clients and understand their ‘bigger picture.’
Since joining TTM Ayeisha feels she has learnt a lot about herself and says TTM’s Family Principle ‘Know Yourself to Know Each Other’ resonates with her and within her own relationships. Ayeisha believes the culture of TTM is a ‘stand out feature’…
“TTM really cares about making work a fun and welcoming place to be. Big or small – we celebrate every win, and you really feel appreciated for your work.”
Ayeisha’s personal passions are keeping active, reading, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
