My TTM is
Fun. Variety. Challenging. Energetic. Rewarding.
Relationships define us and at TTM we invest heavily in these – both internally and in terms of our clients and candidates.
Energetic, passionate and a born sales and service person, Antony Law is TTM Healthcare’s International Business Manager - offering recruitment solutions from nurse level through to mid and senior management – both internationally and domestically. He specialises in care of the elderly, children and vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, mental health and substance misuse conditions, additional to Ward and Surgical nurses for the NHS and specialist nurses (such as Oncology, ICU, Theatres) for the private hospitals.
Antony heads up 6 key teams that recruit, train and deliver medical staffing solutions to the NHS, private hospitals and luxury care home providers. These include: International Projects, UK Permanent Nurses, UK Permanent Management, Medical, the English Language Training School (TTM English) as well as Delivery and Compliance. Antony is hugely proud of the fact that TTM is the only recruitment agency in the United Kingdom with its own English Language team – helping to train international candidates with the language skills necessary for UK placement.
Antony started his career as a teacher, qualifying from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2008 – but he quickly realised that sales was where his passion lies. Customer service drives him: working with people to deliver the solutions his clients need. He worked for two large recruitment companies before making TTM Healthcare his home – and loves the fact that the company is truly a breath of fresh air in the marketplace:
“That we’re all about people is evident the minute you walk through the door. Far from the ruthless, corporate attitudes so typical of the recruitment industry – our approach is warmer, more human, with a real family culture. I lead by offering support, inspiration and motivation to a team of experienced recruiters. I want to empower them to be great, promote their success and help create a fun and relaxed working environment. I spend a good deal of my time visiting clients in their settings, spending time in the hospitals. That’s the only way you get to truly appreciate what is involved and what our clients need. There’s an openness, an honesty – real human interaction. And while we work hard, we also know how to have fun and celebrate our success.”
