​Aisling has been with TTM since 2017, in a role that’s dedicated to ensuring excellence and quality are the cornerstones of our service. As Quality and Governance Lead, she assesses current workflows and processes to see where and how they can be optimised –so clients and candidates enjoy the best service experience possible.

Aisling grew up in Kilrush, Clare and completed a BA in Economics and Geography and a 1.1 MBA specialising in Human Resource Management. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), completing her qualification through the IPA Dublin. Having joined TTM as a consultant and working her way up from there, Aisling appreciates how TTM recognises potential and provides a true learning culture:

“Everyone here wants to grow. It’s a TTM characteristic. You can learn from your peers, your clients and your candidates. You can soak it up like a sponge. I think I bring openness to any task that’s presented. I am innately curious about everything and want to understand every step of the process to help improve it.”

Aisling plays the guitar and ukulele and enjoys singing and socialising. She is a founding member of the Kilrush Ladies Football Club and is actively involved in local choirs.
